At the start of the implementation acceptance criteria are defined, to make sure it’s clearly defined for each project phase what needs to be delivered before the next phase can be started.

During the analysis phase of an ERP implementation your requirements are defined, a ‘match’ is made with the software and ‘gaps’ and possible solutions are documented. After you have concluded the software really meets your requirements (proof-of-concept), the business processes and functions are defined in more detail in the design phase. Subsequently JWB ICT supports you developing the software, testing it and takes care your users are trained properly.  Finally JWB ICT supports you during the cut-over to the new software and (optional) to roll-out the software to other subsidiaries and/or countries.

A project is only finalized after the standard operating procedures are implemented properly. Are you going to maintain the new information system in-house or would you rather like to outsource it? Or a hosting solution? JWB ICT has experience how to set up a customer competence centre, how to define a service level agreement with a business partner and how to close a hosting contract. Depending on your requirements is defined which method to maintain your information system is best and most cost efficient for your organization.
